Major Job Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office supplies management and facility maintenance.
  • Manage documentation, record-keeping, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in HR functions, including attendance tracking and documentation.
  • Ensure the safety and security of plant.

Accounting & Financial Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and manage payment transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a Business Studies.
  • Preferred Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administration and accounting.
